Located approximately 600 meters from SRT Jije Station in Pyeongtaek, this residential complex is planned to house a total of 1,052 units. Featuring a 4-bay layout, three-sided balconies, and penthouses, the design offers distinct and personalized living spaces for each household.
At the center of the complex, a large sunken plaza is surrounded by underground community facilities, creating a natural space for residents to interact build a community.
Public pedestrian pathways linking east to west, along with two view corridors measuring 50m and 38m respectively, are lined with thematic landscaping. This ensures visual continuity and maximizes daylight and ventilation within the complex.
The apartment entrances feature a specialized integrated lobby design called “XIscape_conneXIon,” which links two separate entry points. This innovative approach earned recognition with the 2023 Good Design Award, affirming its design excellence.
