In a transportation hub like Seonghwang-dong, Cheonan, the project is envisioned as a modern residential complex with the concept of a “garden in the city” and community-centered design. While pursuing efficiency through high-rise structures and orderly layout, it also prioritizes residents’ quality of life through a central green space and separation of pedestrian and vehicular circulation.
The design reflects both the local context (transport accessibility, eco-friendly policies) and modern trends (minimalism, sustainability), with additional efforts made to enhance the project’s completeness through the integration of green technologies and resident-friendly amenities.
