This residential and officetel complex, planned to harmonize with the flow of the old city center in Sungui-dong, Incheon, achieves a symbolic and sophisticated appearance through a curtain wall facade design. Applying simple massing and tone-on-tone color schemes, it creates a modern yet calm atmosphere. An accent feature on the rooftop was designed to establish the complex as a new landmark in the surrounding area.
The rhythmic skyline and stone-clad base design, integrated with the surrounding landscape, consider the visual flow of urban pedestrians. The lower floors are designed to connect with a community street, fostering natural interaction among residents and forming a stable community space. Additionally, open commercial facilities facing the main road are placed at the complex’s entrance, enhancing connectivity and vitality with the external environment.
