Turan Park is located in the northeastern part of Turkistan, at the intersection of railways and highways. By linking the northern and southern parts of the city, the park serves as an ecological buffer that reduces traffic noise and creates a more comfortable urban environment. Seamlessly integrated into the urban structure, it enhances the quality of life for local residents."

Turan Park aims to offer scientific, educational, and aesthetic value by raising awareness of local biodiversity and offering environmental exploration programs. It transforms a previously polluted site into a modern, pleasant recreational space for the people of Turkistan.

The site is surrounded by private residences and agricultural structures, and is bordered to the northeast by the 19-meter-wide Aris-Turkistan Canal. The park is segmented by the railway and highway, with terrain elevation differences ranging from 2 to 6 meters—allowing for the design of safe pedestrian underpasses. This environmental analysis forms a critical foundation for the park’s design and use planning.

Turan Park is being developed through two master plans (Phase 1 and Phase 2). Detailed plans include main entrances, parking areas, pedestrian paths, entrance arches, and water resource layouts to maximize both functionality and aesthetics. By addressing conflicts caused by rail and road infrastructure, the park offers safe and efficient spatial solutions that contribute to Turkistan’s sustainable urban development.
