Tashkent Green Wellbeing City is organized around three urban strips, each offering multifunctional urban spaces tailored to the local context. These strips include zones for everyday green space access, community support, and a centrally located urban core known as the “Central Park". The project integrates residential, commercial, educational, public, and welfare facilities within a unified masterplan. Housing types range from low-density single-family homes to high-rise apartments and mixed-use commercial-office buildings, ensuring the needs of diverse populations are met.

The urban system is reinforced through an interconnected road network and buildings of various scales, creating a diverse and visually comfortable skyline. Of the total 444,024.35㎡ site area, 24.37% is dedicated to parks and open spaces, providing a green, livable environment. Tashkent Green Wellbeing City follows a strategic phased development plan aimed at sustainable growth. The inclusion of essential facilities such as shopping malls, international schools, and cultural centers serves both local residents and visitors, embodying a future-oriented urban vision.
