Highvill Park 1 is a residential complex that embodies the vision of expanding Astana’s urban axis from the Presidential Palace to the new train station. Located between Streets 24 and 26, and bordered by Turan Avenue and Kabanbay Batyr Avenue, the project connects the existing city center with newly developed districts, contributing to the creation of a unified urban structure. Park 1 enhances the symbolic and international status of Astana. Park 1 provides public community spaces that support family-oriented leisure activities. Through phased development, the layout is systematically organized to reflect the needs of local residents, enhancing quality of life and social interaction within the community."
The project incorporates terrace designs integrated into the residential complex, harmonizing architecture with nature. These green elements provide relaxation and leisure areas for residents while preserving the city’s ecological balance. The eco-friendly approach supports a sustainable urban lifestyle. Modern architecture and structured development Park 1 elevates Astana’s modern city image through cutting-edge architectural design and a well-structured construction schedule. The buildings, adjusted to 24 floors (Block A1) and 23 floors (Blocks A3, A4), include residential and commercial spaces with modern façades and 1,303 parking spaces. Comprising a total of 1,004 apartment units (3–4-room units and townhouses) and covering an area of 95,203㎡, Park 1 is a forward-looking project contributing to Astana’s emergence as a world-class city.
