The Embamunaygas auxiliary facilities are a modern and functional architectural project located in the Atyrau region of Kazakhstan. Focused on health and well-being, it aims to provide high-quality amenities while harmonizing with the local context. The project includes diverse spaces such as a restaurant, fitness club, offices, and maximizes user convenience and operational efficiency. An optimal design was developed based on site analysis reflecting the regional characteristics of Atyrau. The facility comprises various functional areas including a restaurant (895㎡, with banquet hall), rooftop bar (370㎡), fitness club (1,000㎡, including sauna), offices (395㎡ and 95㎡), and a lobby (130㎡). Additionally, dedicated elevators and outdoor terraces enhance the user experience, while parking spaces are secured for staff and visitors (46, 34, and 30 spaces respectively) to improve accessibility.

The architectural plan is systematically designed with detailed floor plans for the 1st floor, 2nd floor, and rooftop. Each floor is arranged by function to ensure efficient circulation, particularly with independent access to the restaurant and fitness club via dedicated elevators. Section zoning maximizes interior space utilization and incorporates user convenience. The exterior design pursues a modern and elegant aesthetic, aiming to harmonize with the regional environment. Facade composition diagrams and perspective views emphasize visual appeal and structural stability, positioning the Embamunaygas auxiliary facilities as a landmark in Atyrau. The design satisfies both functionality and aesthetics, offering a unique experience to visitors.
